3D Prefabrication and modularisation drawings

We offer a full 3D prefabrication and modularisation strategy and design specialising in Plantrooms and Risers, ensuring best industry practices are used throughout. All of our models are to a full buildable level incorporating all bracketry, associated fixings and steelwork. We can create plant skids including detailed spool drawings, structural frame drawings and installation layouts, along with material take offs if required.

Off-site modular construction and fabrication is a low cost, efficient and sustainable method of producing plant, process and system installations. MONOtechnical can provide all designs for your plantrooms, risers and corridor areas.

3D Services Coordination

Using the latest software in Revit or AutoCAD we provide fully coordinated services 3D models from the design concept through to the construction issue, we ensure all information is to the correct specification and best practice. Using our Clash Detection software throughout the coordination process to determine field conflicts we compare 3Dmodels of building systems. The goal of clash detection is to eliminate the major system conflicts prior to installation.

2D CAD Services

We provide 2D CAD drawings services from scheme design through to construction across all building services sectors with extensive blocks and detailed libraries we can provide high quality accurate drawings for contractors and consultants alike ensuring their deadlines are met.

Site Survey Validation and Record drawings

Full site survey of to validate the installed services this will be then drawn up as a true representation onto your as built layouts for use in your O&M manuals, we also can provide a full validated existing plantroom, riser or building etc.
